I think that Tsunade is Naruto's grandmother.
We don't know her last name and I think either her mother or father was a namikaze.
So I think she is minato's mother which makes her naruto's grandmother
You're both wrong... Naruto and Tsunade ARE related... No she is not so closely related that she is his grandmother... But Mito Uzumaki is Tsunade's Grandmother... As clans are all related to some degree or another (some only by marriage) Naruto Uzumaki is related (possibly distant cousin) to Mito Uzumaki... Making him distantly related to Tsunade Senju...
We won't know exactly what the relationship is unless Kishi releases a family tree... But there it is!
It's quite possible that her mother was a Senju and her father of another clan (She most likely would have inherited her father's surname) But as you say... we don't know about her parents but we know she's the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju so we assume her surname is Senju.. More likely than Uzumaki!

Just because they're from the same clan doesn't mean they're related, was Shisui related to Sasuke? Possibly, they had the same ancestor, but that's it, they didn't know each other and that's the same with Naruto and Mito, they're from the same clan, we don't know what kind of relation is with Kushina or Mito but Minato is certianly not from Senju as he said.

You mean when Naruto calls her Grandmother (Granny Tsunade)? That's just one of his many nicknames for people... Not too long ago he called KB Uncle Bee!

See here's the problem with what you just said... Sharingan is a bloodline limit... Meaning you have to be of the same blood/genes in order to possess a clan unique ability. Mean all Uchiha who have the Sharingan are related... So yes... Unless by marriage... All clans are related.

Ahh okay... I assumed Talk No Jutsu was saying by virtue of the fact Tsunade is off Senju blood or her surname is Senju... that it was impossible for them to be related!
