Naruto has shadow clone and rasengan.
Konahamaru has shadow clone, shadow clone shuriken technique, rasengan and fire
Style burning ash.

Naruto had more chakra but Konahamaru is smarter and faster then what Naruto was as he is seen being able to dodge attacks from one of the Pains. So i'm going with Konahamaru.
