I know im about to get flamed, so im just going to throw this out there. Tobi was able to singlehandedly fool itachi, minato, and basically the entire ninja world into thinking he was madara uchiha, and bait them all into a war where they are getting stomped. I know that kakashi, minato, itachi, and the nara's are all geniuses, but this is something else. Also, he is seriously one of the best actors i have ever seen in an anime.

No, that's where you are wrong. You underestimated Tobi's intelligence. He got white zetsu spores on Kabuto, so he knows exactly what he is doing. Tobi is using Kabuto, not the other way around.

Well, technicly you are right. On that night Minato saved the world(long term) by making Naruto the Jinchuurikki.

Minato was unsure whether he was Madara or not and always referred to him as the masked man, so i wouldn't say he fooled Minato. Itachi yes because he was thoroughly convinced that Tobi was Madara.
