How do you break up with someone who always makes you feel guilty?

I've been dating this guy for 3 years but he finds it funny to go around and tell other girls that he wants them to have his kids he even post things on facebook like
"she a slimy b***h im done with her" and when I ask him who he is talking about he always says not you but i'm the gf so why are you messing with other girls and his friends even say that he was with other girls...I tried to break up with him 3 times already but he always turns around making me feel guilty by saying things like "you always believe what other people say but I'm your boyfriend and you dont trust me...I always thought you were the one for me but I guess not"

someone please give me ways on how to break up with him before I get myself hurt

Oh dear, tricky situation. I have an ex that used to guilt trip me on a regular basis, and it was incredibly hard getting rid of him.

You just need to tell him, bluntly, that you're no longer interested in the relationship. You deserve more respect than he's showing you, and like you said, you need to end this before you get hurt. If he's flirting with other girls behind your back, he's not worth taking back.

It's hard, but cutting off contact is really the best method. At the time it'll seem like the worst, but my words come from experience

LOL if he treats you like that, ignoring him won't really hurt him as he has other people to entertain him... When it comes to men, physical pain is more harmful than emotional... Why should u feel guilty when he's the one messing things up? u should stand for yourself, cause u know u didn't do anything wrong, and what kind of a relationship is it when you're getting hurt? u don't deserve that. just tell him that it's over, that u don't want such a relationship and u deserve better. if he loves u, than why is he doing things like that, even if he knows they are making u angry/hurt/suspicious? and yes, follow the advices above and -send him back to where he belongs and turn off your phone!
