How's Fairy Tail like?

I currently read/watch 3 anime: OP, Naruto and Bleach and apparently Fairy Tail seems a popular anime too (popular doesn't always mean good) so can someone just give me a small summary of what Fairy Tail is about? (I don't really care about spoilers)
Also: Should I read it or watch it?

well, FT is from my point of view, 1 of the best animes there are, for me, it might be better than Naruto or equal to it

completly true Ft and one piece are at the top of my list ft has took over my love for naruto and i like bleach but its not even in my top five mangas/animes anymore

I'm starting to watch the anime. Up to episode 32. So far i love the humor. Its a quite light and funny anime. Most characters are awesome and i see anyone getting addicted quite easily.

I read the Fairy Tail manga from chapter 1-255 approx. during my 2 week holidays, and I really liked it. The power-ups of the characters have something like in the DB-world...
The reason I didn't watch the anime was because it would have taken too long and my pc gets broken if I watch too long something in full screen...:/ well it's definetely worth watching/reading it.

I like Fairy Tail its silly with some serious moments. Its been better than Bleach until the last few weeks since Bleach story stepped up a bit. I wouldn't say it's on Naruto's level for me, but I do prefer more serious manga myself.

Fairy Tails i Freaking awesome srs its better than most animes/mangas out there,and if you havent wacthed Rave/Rave Master you should watch that too its made by the same guy,the first couple dozens of chapters may seem a bit childish at first but then it becomes sick.
