I don't understand what you're saying. Minato had less time to dodge it than Naruto did hence the raikages fist being closer to Minato's face than Naruto's meaning Minato actually reacted faster. Look let's just agree to disagree because it's pretty clear we have a different view on this.

In base speed Naruto is faster, but in overall speed Minato's faster due to hirashin. Unless you don't consider teleporting speed, but the manga pretty much does.

I don't think "special treatment" is the case here. Like it or not, Minatos reaction was slower than Narutos. Just because the Raikage warned Naruto that he was coming doesnt tell Naruto how fast he was coming in.

Naruto reacted quicker because he saw and read the movements FASTER than minato could, Hence the reason why there's a DIFFERENCE between the length of both punches.

minato was caught offguard, they were in the middle of a convo and he just got attacked. naruto had time to prepare running towards him and being able to dodge it in time. Minaot on the other hand had to depend on his reflexes
