sasuke could survive it with injuries , remember he survived it by sacrificing manda, im sure susannoo can protect him somewhat, itachis theres no way it could harm him

We've seen Sasuke's Susanoo to be relatively weak when he was low on chakra (like when he was fighting Kakashi). Beforehand, when he had some time to rest, his Susanoo was still blown away to an extent by Danzo. This is in comparison to Madara, who's Susanoo could withstand an Ōdama Rasengan at its basic level. To reiterate, it depends on the user's chakra. However, since Deidara's explosion is clearly on a level of its own, I say no one strictly using Susanoo would be able to survive his explosion.

I'm not so sure. Didn't Itachi's Susanoo dissipated from that hit? He was thrown to the ground and smashed his forehead; he was bleeding from it. Full form it would obviously have Yata Mirror to withstand it, but again it depends on the person and the state they're in. Also, C0 is classified as an Explosion Release technique as well, so I'd assume it'd have more force behind it if not just as much as Kirin; the explosion spanned 10 kilometers.

yes, he did got hit by kirin to some extend... he not only was thrown to the ground, he also lost his akatsuki clothing with the hit. unless susano'o has the bad habit of stripping their users!?!?
but that could be due the fact that his susano'o was incomplete form... he most likely didn't had time to activate it to final version.

I'd say that, the final susano'o version without the mirror could withstand the suicide explosion, but most likely get a bit damaged from it along with user. But not enough to KO or kill the user.

right...it was the level 1 susanoo with just bones & aura, if itaci's could withstand that, im sure sasuke's full armored one could withstand an explosion
