He can't be summoned back. Once they are there, they're there until they get sealed. And I don't think Kabuto is strong enuff to seal Madara.

No, Kabuto summoned Deidara back once before when he was fighting Oonoki, and i was referring to the shinobi alliance regarding Madara's sealing.

i think madara will own them if not something "unforeseen" happens.
but even if madara gets owned, he will not "die", he will just be summoned back to kabuto and will be used later again.
I wonder where tobi is and if he will appear on the battlefield too
