----------- Rules-----------
every ninja has :
*a maximum of only 3 elements
*1 blood line limit of any kind
*only 1 weapon at the beginning but can acquire from a dead ninja
*blood line limit and weapons can be transferred if the owner desire's to leave the game
note that every player must state his bloodline limit, country,
and weapon as he or she
enters the war
---------------------------------how to play-------------------------------------
1. pick a country
2. fight against any other country of choice and try to take over their territory
3. if you die you can respawn back in your territory but if its have been take over you will respawn is a safe house in the middle of the 3 countries
