Isn't it weird that the 7 billionth person was born on Halloween?

The United Nations announced today that the 7 billionth person had been born (no guarantees, you understand how hard it is to get something like this accurate -- but the UN announced it xD). It's just a very strange coincidence that this happened on Halloween.

You know, a day associated with the dead -- and zombies.
