I say utaka, although i hated it how he died with a missle, i mean he controlled his f***ing tailed beast. U_U

they were running our of time and episodes for the filler arc so they had to end it quick and i believe he got back up and went into his tailed beast form but we never got to see it.but thats just my opion

pain captured him in the lamest of ways and sora never died utkaka was only defeated in his own filler at the end.

Ukata can control his tailed beast quite well and go into the first state with all tails showing.
sora can't even control the nine tails chakra at all! Even if he goes into rampage, the chakra would soon disipate as the nine tails chakra does not have a body to possess.

Ukata tailed beast control > Sora ( Main deciding factor)
Ukata bubble blowing jutsu > sora's beast wave palm.
Obvious who wins.
