Samurai's have armor. Tenten throws a lot of stuff at high accuracy, but most of the crap she throws is weak. I doubt most of it will get through the samurai's armor. And the samurai have been shown to project energy waves from their swords giving them long range attacks.

Banana fan using powerful wind techniques to nullify raiton energy swords would be her best option, but she won't win against 20.
