A very powerful and one of the strongest jutsu in existing in the narutoverse in it the user focuses on his lightning and make it appear it in his dominant hand and while concentrating on it and continuously making it stronger he quickly channels it into his surrounding in circular shape which destroys everything in its path its creator is hatake kakashi
Very good, however, keep in mind that creating a clone at the beginning of your move might not be the best idea. I could have hit you with a fast jutsu whilst you were creating the clone.
