Do you think Kishi will tie everything together and tell us what we've been speculating about the Juubi and so6p. Also,I know were deep in the story and it's others time to shine(others as in main characters)but,do you think characters like Rock Lee,Neji,Kiba etc. are going to be developed any further?

I think that is what he is going to do. I mean look there are going to be some powerful enemies. Naruto's almost unlimited chakara is finally exhausted. Turshikage is about to die. Tobi is on his way to capturing the real naruto. The Hokage is about to step in and get her but handed to her. Then what? more then likely B, and Hoakge will be taken out and then who's left but the "minor characters" to help protect naruto and thus be developed. Also keep in mind that this is a war and this is the first battle of this war.
