Also Madara seems to have mastered Rinnegan as far as its possible without Jubi etc.. Nagato however wasnt a true heir of the Rinnegan, and yet one of the strongest characters ever.

The point is that Madara is basically what would result if you powered-up Itachi and then merged him with Nagato. This is like asking "Who would win in a fight EMS Itachi + Nagato or Nagato alone?". Madara has so far the sums of whatever is haxxed in the manga

- Senju at max power
- Uchiha at max power
- Rinnegan perfectly mastered

He only lacks jinchuuriki power seriously. He is basically what RS would be if you took away from him the Juubi.

With the rinnegan comes the ability to remove the soul from a persons body so someone is gonna lose. I'm thinking Madara has the upper hand in this little squabble. We know Madara is quick but speed didn't seem like Nagato's forte even when he was healthy. Madara just seems way too overpowered.

I like Nagato than Madara but I have to admit Madara will most likely win this match;

1. He has Sharingan & Now Rinnegan (Kishi really favors everything to hi his Sharingan characters )
2. Madara has more experience & is one of the best Uchihas if not the best of the best.
3. Nagato based from what wev'e seen in the manga is actually clumsy compared to Itachi as Kabuto stated if I recalled it correctly let alone Madara .
