Uchihas ancestor inherited the sage eyes so it makes sense for an uchiha to awaken it after all it's their kkg so they don't need another kkg (senju cells) to awaken it.

No, kabuto actually said in the previous chapter that the more u PROGRESS (meaning stages), in the sharingan you unlock the rinnegan. But i don't think sasuke will unlock it anyway, he doesn't even know rinnegan comes after the sharingan.

And it actually makes sense, because if you read the whole SO6P & his sons story, you'll see it all makes sense.

It doesn't change anything. That unknown doujutsu is a mutated form of the rinnegan... Uchihas are descendants of the elder son... So an uchiha would definitely get rinnegan if he progress pass ms because it's his inheritance.
