The sharingan can control the Kyuubi by itself. But it can't control if the jinchuriki uses it's chakra to their advantage. Sasuke had MS but he couldn't control Bee at all.

Naruto isn't going to lose, he's the title character. Even if he has to go Sage Mode 3 he's going to win some how. Nothing in the narutoverse (even rinnegan) is more powerful than his talk no jutsu combined with plot no jutsu.

and besides, naruto is closer to madara's strength than ppl seem to know, just about every1 seem to be forgetting that the naruto we're seeing so much of right now is just a clone, and this "clone" has made a major dent in the enemy....just imagine what the real naruto can do, and also cooperating with the fox? yea, he's gonna be deadly

the real qurstion is...i wonder what kishi has in store for sasuke to enable him to keep up with naruto, cuz as of right now, it seems like the ems wont be enough for the real naruto, he's pretty beastly right now

Dude having cooperation of the nine tails gave an exhausted Naruto who had already used up his RM chakra enough boost to be able to destroy an entire forest, of course it will be enough as remember it was BASE Naruto using the remaining chakra in the fox.

Imagine fox cooperation + RM. If in RM it has the equivalent boost as it gave to base Naruto it would be more than enough. This is for Sasuke, he has more power-ups but they are most likely stored for Madara and Tobi when he becomes Juubi jinchuuriki. One those power ups are fox cooperation + RM + SM and of course "that" jutsu.
