The hair doesn't match.....

Itachi met Tobi during the time of the Uchiha Massacre. Fugaku had long straight hair, Tobi had medium spiky hair.

I already made a thread about this theory several weeks ago.

Fugaku was missing when tobi attacked konaha.

No one was supposed to know that Kushina was giving birth that day, but Fugaku's wife knew because Kushina told her.

Fugaku had the motive because he was planning on overthrowing konaha.(that's why the elders had itachi kill all the uchiha.

Fugaku was itachi and sasukes father, and leader of the uchiha sk he should has been very powerful AND he must have has access to the hidden uchiha room that had the tablet written by the sage o six paths.

Fugaku was shown to be dead, but since we know he was working with zetsu since before the massacre, it's entirely possible that itachi killed a zetsu clone who had taken Fugaku's appearance.


Zetsu clones can copy the appearance of any person they touch and also copy their chakra perfectly making it impossible to tell it's a clone.


Even when you kill the clone it still looks like the. Person it copied.( we saw killer bee and raikage kill a zetsu clone that looked like Kisame, but even after they cut his head off he looked like Kisame.

Fugaku needed itachi to think he was dead because itachi had been ordered to kill him.

Fugaku was then free to leave the village and not be hunted as a rogue ninja.

I also dont think it's not a coincidence that tobi has taken sasuke in and he let itachi live even though itachi wanted tobi dead and admitted he wasn't powerful enough to kill him

nice post (no irony). if you can explain me now how he formed/took over akatsuki and manipulated the second mizukage while being chief of the police at the same time, i'll tend to believe you.

remember when itachi fought naruto, kakashi and sakura? How it wasn't really him but some zetsu manifestation that required a human body? That's most likely what madara was. He had zetsu place his cells into another body along with his eyes but because of this he didn't have uchiha/senju blood and lost the rinnegan. So, he wanted pain to bring his body back to life restored, that's what rinne tensei, it lets you bring a body back from the dead and control it like a clone and pain even said his occular powers were meant for altering life and death.

i agree....i was always doubting the way he died....one would think the leader of the uchiha clan would not die so easily as they portrayed it

Wanna kno how I will make this theory dead? When sasuke was saved by tobi after he killed itachi, he saw his face without his mask. He would recongize his own father plus he wouldn't be able to hide that from itachi cause he inplanted the amarastu or w.e. into sasuke when he looks into tobi's eyes. The leader of the uchiha wouldn't help itachi kill off his own ppl when he was planning on taking over the leaf village in the first place.

Actually, in my thread I did attempt to explain how he was able to be away from the village and control the former mizukage.

Since we saw that tobi was using zetsu parts as far back as when he fought Minato, it is POSSIBLE that the Fugaku that stayed in konaha most of the time was a zetsu clone.

Being chief of the konaha police, Fugaku probably spent little time actually out fighting. He would have been at police HQ most of the time while the uchiha policed the village. A zetsu clone would just have to sit at his desk and bark orders. No one would know the difference, unless they saw the real Fugaku outside the village, hence why he wears the mask.

We know Fugaku was mad at konaha for treating the uchiha as second class citizens and that the uchiha were appointed as the police so the elders could always keep an eye on them. Since they were village police they were not often sent out of the village on missions.

Now we saw that tobi was about to reveal his face to sasuke, and sasuke would instantly recognize him....BUT he was trying to convince sasuke he was Madara uchiha, so he easily could have done a shape-shift jutsu to make himself appear to loom like madara. ( even young naruto could do such a simple jutsu)

That brings me to the other posters point about Tobi's hair....in a anime world where the main character can transform from a boy in orange clothes, to a completely naked woman what makes you think that you can't change the appearance of things such as hair???

I explained how Fugaku could have easily fooled sasuke in my post above, but to reiterate: Tobi was NOT going to show sasuke his REAL face. He was trying to convince sasuke that he was madara uchiha, so no matter who tobi REALLY is, he was never going to reveal his TRUE identity to sasuke. He was going to show sasuke what he wanted to see...madara uchiha.

Still haven't proven me wrong. It show that narutos mom and sasukes mom were friends which means their dads possible too. Also narutos dad was hokage and sasukes cheif of police they had to be around eachother a lot and tobi when he fought minato he didn't kno he could space/time jump to his unique kunai. Every one in the village knew him to be the yellow flash and pretty sure about his techniques at least the ppl in the higher ranks. Plus why would he put his own sons against eachother in the first place?.

Fugaku was NOT friends with Minato. Fugaku was planning on overthrowing the leaders of konaha...hokage included.

Second, he put his sons against each other because that's how a uchiha gains EMS. Tby have to awaken MS and then take their brothers eyes to make EMS.

The uchiha clan is cursed to crave power. Many uchiha have died killing their best friends to try and unlock MS.

Fugaku may not have had a brother to take eyes from so he used his own sons to create EMS.

Ask yourself; why did Tobi give Itachis eyes to sasuke? What benefit does that give to Tobi who has been shown to hoard tons of sharingan. Why give away a MS, unless you want to make EMS and steal it back.

Actually it doesn't disprove anything.

I do not know for certain that Fugaku is Tobi, it's just a theory, however, the fact that Tobi was going to show sasuke his face is meaningless.

As I said before, AND WE SHOULD ALL AGREE ON AT LEAST THIS; whoever tobi is, he NEVER planned on showing Sasuke his TRUE identity...

He just told Sasuke he was Madara Uchiha. He wanted Sasuke to believe he was Madara Uchiha, so when he tried to reveal his face, it was obviously NOT his true face. He was going to show Sasuke a believable old Madara uchiha face.

No matter who tobi is, he was trying to trick sasuke into believing he was Madara. As seen many times, just about any ninja learns how to shape-shift their body to look like anyone. They learn that as kids at the academy.

EVERYONE knows what Madara Uchiha looks like...there is a giant statue of him and hashirama at the valley of the end where sasuke fought naruto, so we know for a fact that sasuke knows what madara uchiha looks like...

Tobi was not surprised by his S/T tech....far from it, he knew that Minato needed seals to perform it and even recognized that the S/T seal was built into kushina's kyubi seal.

He WAS surprised at Minatos FTG level 2, which makes sense as Fugaku would have been stuck at police HQ and not on the battlefield where he would have seen first hand Minatos high level jutsu.

It's not like every person in the village knows EVERY jutsu the Hokage has. ( does everyone know ALL of Tsunades jutsu?)

IMO Tobi thought he knew the extent of Minatos S/T jutsu and was PWNED when Minato kicked it up to FTG level 2.

Kinda like Dr. Gero underestimated goku, not knowing he has acended to the level of SS.

Lol thanks but I'm not actually a noob I have been on this site since shippuden pretty much started I just finally took time to put my thoughts in. also this guy seems pretty upset that he doesn't have a solid arguement against me. But its not fugaku for a fact so on to the nest thread.
