if danzou can place 10 eyes in his arms (or something close to that) and diedara can have mouths on the palms of his hands, why shouldnt madara have a third eye.

I've actually thought about this too. It seems possible, but there isn't any really good evidence for it yet other than the third hole in his Rinnegan mask and the bandage covering his forehead. I suppose it's possible... but I don't really see the point. I don't see the advantage to him having more than two eyes unless he plans to spam Izanagi (see Danzo). :shrug:

Theres no shadow for the third tomoe meaning that its just paint so its not a hole, so no eye there

i saw in someone's avatar the rinnegan evolving into a swirling shape with red background. i think it will be the best genjutsu technique ever!! hypnotizing ppl by just glancing into the eyes.
