Its never been stated that you can go inside somebodys susanoo it can pick them up etc but never been stated that it can be stood in

Since you wanna make random points, what if before the battle minato had placed his seal all over the place?? Or if he just strips all of the edos from kabuto by breaking the seal contracts?

What will a Rasengan weaker than Naruto's do to an Kabuto/Orochimaru's regenerative body?
Tobi took a direct Rasengan from the man himself (MINATO).
Kabuto took a direct rasengan from Naruto. And no one died

If Minato see's mysterious caskets coming up from the ground, of course he'll stop to analyze the situation instead of just rushing in like a dumbass not knowing what's going on. Minato is suppose to be smart right? By the time he see's who's in the caskets, they''ll be attacking him already.

having edo tensei with all those characters already prepared is a disadvantage. For some reason you keep ignoring the fact that edo takes a lot of preparation. He can't just be strolling around and BAM! have 50 edos next to him.

Kabuto summons Toroi. He then proceeds to use his Jiton to attract all of the tagged Kunai's on the battlefield while the seven swordmen are distracting Minato with their silent killing technique + Zabuza's mist.

Haku, Sandaime Raikage and Itachi (Susanoo) will be there to shield Kabuto. Even if he manages to Fûuin-tag Kabuto, a single Rasengan or Kunai slash won't be able to bring him down due to the white snake. And Itachi will have enough time to seal him inside the Totsuka.

Or he could simply use Nidaime Mizukage (using mirages to trick Minato. For example : Making Minato think that the Kunai's are in that place...ect), and Muu (going invisible to foil his strategies.)

I think Kabuto wins this with medium difficulty.

orochimaru has to be defeated by rather powerfull atacks like tbb, he said " even for me...taking that head on would be the end"

rasengan wont scratch the dude, the coffins will come out , and pwn mianto
