Alright. So this is how we'll do it.

Bijuu are creatures made up of purely chakra so, my plan is to temporarily draw on some of the chakra of my bijuu (which will replenish), capture it in a seal, combine it with our own raw chakra, also chanelled into the same seal, then use more of our chakra to combine and solidify it all within the seal.

Then, I'll transfer the seal and its power to you. The resulting creature will have a combined personality of you, me, and the 7-tails, and it will probably look like whatever "inner animal" you are, especially considering the fact that the 7-tails can take the form of any animal, and that your chakra is in the mix.

*I put my palms on the scroll, and intricate patterns appear around them*

*a green chakra cloak envelops me, and more patterns and writing appear as I channel my chakra along with the 7-tail's chakra into the scroll*

Just place your palms on the scroll where I did, surge your chakra in your hands, and it'll naturally draw it out, like a vacuum. You just have to maintain a constant flow of chakra for 5 seconds. But, if you can't keep up with it, take your hands away immediately, or it'll draw in chakra from the air around us; i.e., nature energy will get in, and that won't be good.
