in some cases its over the top like everyone in one piece or bleach has huge boobs that is just to much but i mean if all were girls had none then that would be too little cause there some instances where they are needed to give a sense of beauty about the character or to just give a sense they are a woman

The over the top boobs and perverted scenes are what is unnecessary and one of my least favorite parts of manga/anime.

There is nothing wrong with female characters drawn with breasts, but there is something wrong with the crazy breasts that are often shown.
