Rinnegan Clarification

I'm not sure if I am correct, but correct me if I'm wrong.

The way Madara got the Rinnegan is by going through theses steps in his ocular powers. First the regular Sharingan, next the Mangekyou Sharingan, then EMS, and finally the Rinnegan.

I just want some clarification on this topic because there are a lot of people saying different things on how Madara got the Rinnegan.

So it has nothing to do with getting the senju cells placed with the body. And any Uchiha can pretty much get it, if they go past the the EMS, right?

not any uchiha can get it, special one's, who have surpassed the sharingan, just like not any uchiha can unlock ms, itachi said many have tried and failed,no doubt itachi's father couldnt get it

the manga hasnt stated anything about senju cells

I believe this is true. After all, Madara was born with peculiar special chakra so it's only natural that he obtain it.

As for Tobi....eh...he's special, but I suppose he's not that special because he implanted Nagato's in himself. He didn't earn them like Madara.

I personally think EMS doesn't exist since we've never seen it only heard of it. I think that when Madara took Izuna's eyes looking for his light, he found the Rinnegan which returned him his sight, like Sasuke's will do. He'll still have MS just have Rinnegan also

well if Madara said he died shortly after obtaining the rinnengan,
and its been said that madara was defeated by the 1st hokage (presumed dead after the battle)
then a possibility arises that senju chakra had to interact with the sharingan type of eye in order to unlock rinnengan.
