Now let's take advantage of those falling snowflakes. Infuse them with your own chakra, to take control over them and shape them into needles. Make sure you get enough snowflakes turned into needles, so that they surround your opponent from all sides. Bad thing about this jutsu is that there is an opening directly above your enemy, so if he's quick he might escape. This would be a very good jutsu to force your opponent to jump/shoot himself up if you have a trap waiting above him. Use my clone for this example.

As I see you creating an ice tiger I simply exhale a water bullet out of my mouth and send it towards your tiger. Instead of freezing my water your tiger shutters in pieces.
