Well the Ice element is our clan's Kekei Genkai. In order to create Ice, we combine both our wind and water chakras. I know that ice is strong against fire as shown in the fight between sasuke and Haku. Unlike the peope from Yukigakure who can only manipulate ice, people from our clan like me and you and haku, can create it and then manipulate it in our advantages.

*concentrates my suiton and fuuton chakra infront of me. Once I think the chakra is enough, I use shape manipulation and try to create an ice shield that I hold tight with my right hand. While doing so, I keep constantly adding small amounts of hyuton chakra to make sure the shield won't fall apart.*

(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.

Now that the snow is falling and the field is on ice it's going to be easier to manipulate it.

(Hyouton: Tsubame Fubuki) Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

This jutsu is also highly resistant to fire attacks, unable to be destroyed by fire jutsu unless it is higher than C ranked.

(Hyouton: Sensatsu Suishou) Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death

Description: The user will make needles surround the opponent from all sides. Directly above them, though, there is an opening. The user can jump away at the last second before the needles converge on their opponent, or they can simply perform the jutsu from a safe distance.

Now let's take advantage of those falling snowflakes. Infuse them with your own chakra, to take control over them and shape them into needles. Make sure you get enough snowflakes turned into needles, so that they surround your opponent from all sides. Bad thing about this jutsu is that there is an opening directly above your enemy, so if he's quick he might escape. This would be a very good jutsu to force your opponent to jump/shoot himself up if you have a trap waiting above him. Use my clone for this example.
