Anyone who cancels out the most powerful genjutsu user in the Naruto Story is an idiot. Ask your self, why make a character that powerful (Shisui) who trains itachi & willingly gives up his eyes and than leaves without a trace. Than bring up his name in the manga back to back to back to back, than compare him to Naruto saying they have similar hearts, than have kabuto state that he couldn't locate shisui's body.

Tobi = Shisui

What will you say when you find out I am correct? After this is revealed and the story becomes more interesting the next thing I will reveal is the secrets of the Uzumaki clan!

Can't be either one because of Dead Demon Consuming Seal. whoever gets sucked in by the Death God cannot be revived using Edo Tensei (Minato, Hashirama, Tobirama, Sarutobi, etc...)

Shisui didn't leave without a trace, Danzo took one of his eyes (Forcefully I am pretty sure because it seems to be implied in the below link), and also Itachi helped him erase his existence, took his other eye which Shisui gave to him and he died silently as also shown by the link. All so there would never be conflict over his body and/or eyes.

It's not Shisui. When Tobi attacked leaf he had his flame pattern mask, the same mask he had when he approached Itachi. You're saying Itachi can't recognize his own best friend and mentor? Shisui has MS, Tobi doesn't. Both of Shisui eyes are taken/destroyed. His body was taken by Danzou. Danzou used his hand for his sharingans. When Itachi had last seen Shisui he still had both of his hands.
Tobi has incredible Space/Time jutsus, Shisui doesn't have any. Tobi is an old man while Shisui was in his late 20s when he died.
Tobi has extensive knowledge about Madara,Hashirama and their time. Shisui couldn't have known this. This is not something that is written on the stone monument.
