Orichimaru used edo on first and second hokage. They are sealed away. Tobi is not Tobirama UNLESS kishi does something retarded.

Yeah u are right but that is doubtfull too...

Say who invented the IWR?? Tobirama...so its still possible that he would know more about it than anyone else...So there still seems to be a loophole as far as this guy is concerned.
