i think nagato would win just becasue of chikbaku tensei. itachi cannot stopp that by himself he had the help of the jinchurikis to stop that technique. but then again iatchi is of the uchiha clan and technically the rinnegan is from his clan. but still i think nagato could pull it off. shinra tensei and the rest of those godly techniques nagato would win.
