When you are fighting against bijuu and you can take control of it, you pretty muchh have the advantage so its not much of a battle anymore. The point is Hashirama had that advantage, which he wont have against Minato, Hashirama died in the midst of war, he was probably weakened and outnumbered then killed since thats the trend of Kage dying in war(2nd Hokage, 3rd Raikage) or he fought against another Kage level shinobi and died(Muu and Second Mizukage). Minato has been both outnumbered and yet won(3rd Great Shinobi world war) and face another Kage level shinobi and lived(Aand B) Madara was completely countered by Hashirama but Hashirama can counter Minato in that way. From what we know, Hashirama fights by trying to capture his opponent with wood(against 3rd Hokage, he was also seen trying to catch the Kyubi's leg during his fight with Madara and Yamato seems to have adopted this) and we know Minato cant be caught by his Wood attacks, Minato can bypass it and attack him with FTG levels 1 and 2, that is something we already know and seeing that the first depends mostly on forming seals, I doubt he'll have the time. He has his genjutsu of Darkness which cant be escaped unless you attack the caster, Minato can find his opponents simply by placing his finger on the ground so thats not a problem. Judging by what we know, Minato wins but we dont know everything about the two characters so the thread is pointless.
