well the fact that the Third Hokage wasnt put to sleep by Kabuto's Illusion means he knows how to counter genjutsu, the First Hokage's Bringer of Darkness technique is a short to mid range genjutsu that can only be cancelled out by striking the first Hokage, physical pain wont help you as seen when the first repeatedly attacked Sandaime, its like the clam genjutsu just with a smaller range and can only be cancelled the same way as the clam. By striking the first hokage much like they struck the clam for reference see

Dude, as good as Tobi is, and even HE didnt notice the seal when minato placed it on him, I seriously doubt Itachi would. Unless your gonna say Itachi's senses are much better than Tobi's, which in turn would further prove you to just be an itachi groupie.
Didn't you say pain releases Genjutsu. And when Naruto was in ITachis Genjutsu, he was feeling pain, why wasen't Naruto released? Same with the 2nd hokage. Why say the 2nd hokages, is like the clam justu, and saying itachi's isn't. Since no one escaped his Genjutsu by pain. just uh question
and how would minato put a seal on itachi,? you are not answering my question..... he cant get into susanno, his kunai won't go through , thus minato can't ftg to itachi, so stop using that as a point, frogs will each easily get totsuka sworded...
What makes you think Tobi's senses are better? Itachi is more intellgent in battle, and has MS, somethin Tobi dosen't. Which is better insight. And is more careful than Tobi. Which explains why ITachi has only been touched 1 time EVER. And that was by sasukes rigged shuriken, and that only happened because Itachi's reflexes was downgraded due to his sickness, therfore he got hit. Even Zetsu said" he should've dodged that. And ' Itachi was acting funnY". And Tobi even said ITachi was sick. Other than that i can't remember Itachi ever being touched or succesfully hit
yes, but that was Pain inflicted by the genjutsu, it doesnt count. Its real pain that is needed to jolt the senses back, one coming from outside the genjutsu, the 1st Hokage and the clam genjutsu are similar, databook says the ONLY way to negate the 1st's genjutsu is to attack the first, the manga shows that this is the same with the clam, its when you get into range that the genjutsu takes effect, if you are out of range its useless which is why the whole world didnt fall under the clam genjutsu. the only way to counter is to attack the caster clearly removing other methods from the picture but Itachi's genjutsu has been broken by normal means.
I only recall Itachi's Genjutsu, being broken by a diffrent source of Chakra.
Not by pain. Nor Chakra disrupting which is almost impossible since you have to concetrate, and getting stabbed by Shuriken, or anything, won't allow you to concetrate. Or a paraylizing Genjutsu which would stop you from preforming the hand seals necessary to escape. Orochimaru TRIED but lost an arm and could've lost his life.
Nagato's giant shinra tensei when he fought bee naruto and Itachi, he did the shinra tensei after he was hit with AmaterasuGiant Shinra Tensei? When? wasent that used on the Leaf village, Itachi wasen't there
Lol, minato has no way of beating tsukyomi and amaterasu, if he doesn't look at itachi's eyes, he will simply get amaterasu'd , how can you claim he will ftg away if he won't see his eye change to ms? amaterasu instantly materializes on the target, on the other hand if he does look in itachi's eyes . simple tsukyomi will end it. see ? there is no winning
when Itachi cut off his arm the genjutsu ended, that is being broken by pain, Sasuke used the same hallucinatory genjutsu Itachi used on Deidara and when he punched Deidara, the genjutsu ended that is being broken by pain.
