The act of reversing the jutsu was a genjutsu itself. It is categorized as a genjutsu, and he reversed it with his sharingan, Demonic Illusion: Change of Heaven and Earth...the jutsu that caused the stakes to impale Orochimaru was called Demonic Illusion: Shakling Stakes (again that was a dojutsu gen). There was ephemeral, and the jutsu he used on Kakashi (the one with the body being burned idk). Gamabunta isn't the only toad that can be summoned.

I hate to spam Minatos FTG but to be honest it really is worst jutsu for itachi to have to face, I mean minato could use it at the last second to dodge amatarasu...if he does this more then a few times it would tire itachi down leaving him to resort to his susanoo

On the other hand, like I said before Minato could defend against tsukynomi by watching his feet and he could still avoid amatarasu simply by not standing still, asuma didnt say guy is the only one that could do this and since the 4rth was known as a genius it is highly realistic to assume he could accomplish this again, so once again itachi would tire himself down if he used that tech as well and be left to resort to susanoo

So either way we see Itachi being left with susanoo as his only option so lets talk about minato vs susanoo:

Minato would be able to dodge susanoos attacks with FTG theirs no question in that, but what about defeat susanoo? well thats where the real problem lies...if minato uses massive summons like gamabunta he can face susanoos sealing blade while avoiding getting sealed by it, if he could manage to survive long enough while doing this, which is more then reasonable since he also has FTG then Itachi would be tired down by his susanoo as well

Ultimatley the negative effects Itachis sharingan has on his body would be his downfall, although as far as I can tell I cant see a way for Minato to fight offensively against susanoo so sruviving, which he is beyond well equipped for, is probably his only option...aside from the reaper death seal wich would seal them both.

Just say Minato wud throw a kunai and Itachi wud die before the fight starts.

Answer-Sharingan techs, Deidara looked at his eyes andd was hypnotised, Sasuke during their fight was always looking into his eyes.
Besides, Itachi's genjutsu are close range and Minato doesnt have to be at close range to throw Kunai.

well, dodge or block the kunai, all Minato needs is for it to be close to you(ftg level 2) plus I checked, all Itahi genjutsu are short ranged so Minato can go a little distance and throw his kunai or go a far distance and summon bunta to throw marked objects from that far distance

It's perfectly normal to look at the other ninja face. And Itachi's Genjutsu is close to mid-range. And if minato is standing far away, Itachi wud easily see a Kunai come. And wud jump outta range, so when minato appear, Itachi wud be to far away, and wont be able to hit him. And that would give Minato's secret away. then Itachi wud know that he teleports to the kunai, and can just Amaterasu the kunai, and its over lol

And even if Itachi does, he won't be able keep up with Minato popping out of the kunai! Minato wud just come and end him. Also Minato has this one jutsu which where he just blinds the guy with one hand sign, Itachi won't be able to see and Minato wud ftg kill him. But Minato may not even need this jutsu.

lol but that 200 pound man is faster than a Kunai, and even a noob like Sasuke was STILL "ALMOST" able to keep up.

And isn't Kirin lightneing? And Itachi used Susano'o to block a technique thats suppose to also be .000001 miliseconds. im just sayin. So if push comes to shove he should be able to use Susano'o or dodge an incoming Kunai, with a Sharingan.

And i think a Sharingan can see through light. The Sharingan sees chakra. And Minato is full of chakra, so he'll see Minato.

sad, how you remain on this, Onoki knew not to look at Madara's eyes, Kakashi knew not to look at Itachi's eyes, he told Asuma and Kurenai not to but he looked because he thought his Sharingan could break it. Why will Minato look at Itachi's eyes? Gamabunta cant throw Kunai, he'll throw trees and stones and other objects that are harder to avoid, why do you think I said marked objects not Kunai. and then Minato can end things with ftg level 2, I wonder if Itachi can bring out Susanoo faster than Minato can teleport and stab....Its something to consider, its an instantaneous tech.

lmao throwing a kunai isn't faster than a Genjutsu. Yes its faster than Tsukiyomi, but not a regular Genjutsu he used on Orochimaru which didnt need any hand seals, or pointing a finger
