not necessarily, Izuna is a spitting image of sasuke, yet no connection has ever been made known, but come on...they have to direct descendants,. I think all of the Uchiha who have since activated Mangekyou are related to Madara and Izuna.... Think about it, makes alot sense.

I think tobi is definitely an Uciha, He has such a vast knowledge base on the clan. Up until Edo Tensei madara came out i though he was madara, or atleast something very close to madara, possibly a zetsu clone. But know I am convinced It's kagami.
You also brought up the so6p son, i think he may involved somehow too, but i don't know how, I'm sure there will be plenty of surprises over the next 10-20 chapters.
