Yeah but he asked kabuto did he know the secrets of his body so i dont think the rinnengan is just a regular upgrade. Also i am also wondering how he knows how to use the sage techs when he never got to use them.

Who said it's sage tech? All I saw was twin Susanoo making hand seals and then hugeass meteorite appeared in sky. Rinnegan could have powered up his Susanoo abilities. It's definetly not Chibaku Tensei

yeah. there was no gravity ball to pull a bunch of matter to it... That we've seen anyways. If there was, i guess you could compare it to frieza/cooler. Frieze took time to charge that energy ball, whereas cooler's was instant.
still wouldn't explain where all that matter came from xD. (Unless he can manifest it)

well kabuto is controlling him and kabuto knows about nagato and he has info/obssessed with so6p. so not surprising to me anyways.

I'm not so sure Kabuto is controlling him just yet, he asks for Madara to show his power to him. Though it wouldn't suprise me if he ends up controlling him completely at some point and i bet that'll be Tobi and Kabuto's breaking point

His left eye in the manga really does looked swirly. the right looks less swirly but i can see a faint bit of it swirling.
