Wow your list is crazy talk Killer bee would get owned by Minato, KM Naruto, 3rd Raikage and maybe even A. PS. 2nd Mizukage is stronger then Killer Bee as well also Sasuke would own even Itachi now so what are you talking about he has the EMS!!!

Yes, good point. And as I said before everyone is entitled.
The reason I put Killer B infront of eveyone else is I beleive he could beat them.
Minato, I beleive if he transformed to Eight Tails - which he can do pretty quick, then he would beat him.
KM Naruto, Killer B has more experience with his tailed beast therefore he would probably transform to eight tails again.
3rd Raikage, The eight tails knows what hes fighting so knows what to look for but then again so does Third so you may be right.
A I wouldnt have thought so and we dont kno what Sasukes EMS can do yet except shoot a sword of Amaterasu so please dont use that.
2nd Mizukage again Eight Tails Transform.

Its not necasarily who would win, but how much skill they would have. Some people are matched up badly. Perfect example is Deidara vs Gai and Deidara vs Konan

Kabuto should be number 3 if he has Edo Tensei, including Madara. If not, 6 would be appropriate.

You should put Naruto (not sure about EMS Sasuke since he's featless) above Minato, I believe he surpassed him.

And why is Hanzo above Muu/Onoki/Jiraiya/A/Orochimaru? This isn't an attempt to troll, but i believe he got defeated by Mifune.

And where's Tobi and Nidaime Mizukage? (Didn't that guy kill Muu?)
