Yea, there's his pupil in the middle, and then a circle AROUND it.
Yes, this is uncharacteristic of both his MS, and 3 tomoe sharingan BUT it does more closely resemble his MS.
Like I've said before, there are 3 solid lines in that sharingan, 3 tomoe does not have ANY lines in it, just 3 points and a pupil.
His MS has 3 kind of...Pin-wheel-esque things going to the outside of his eye, which looks much more like what we see in this picture.

He isnt using he MS there plus madara has EMS which looks different again.
