My guess would be Neji & Lee actually I think I would be an easier fight for Neji facing Him than facing Kidomaru and easier for Gaara facing Kidomaru than KIMIMARU for a number of reasons

1. KIMIMARU despite has projectile ability is a taijutsu user more specialized in close range same goes for Neji
>> That means KIMIMARU would tend to close in to hit the target
>> That would save the trouble for Neji locating & catching him like what Neji did in Kidomaru
>> KIMIMARU does not posses an armor like Kidomaru that would protect him from Jyuuken
>> While KIMIMARU has good reflexes Neji has Baykugan that helps him accurately perceive movement
>> Neji seems to have faster arms compared to KIMIMARU so hiting him w/ Jyuuken wont seems to be a problem
>> & if KIMIMARU tries to use his bones if his hands are full Byakugan can see through it 7 neji would most likely avioded it
>> Also jyukeen is a one hit kill even for 2nd form - remeber Kidomaru only got hit in the last part of thier battle in his 2nd form & he still died

2. As for Gaara vs KIMIMARU though not being asked hear both he & Kidomaru have range attacks
>> Gaara can do offense & defense at the same time & Kidomaru's web wont likely stop Gaaras defense as it does not work like Nejis'
>> It does not seems Kidomaru's attacks can penetrate Gaara's sand defense
>> While Gaara's sand attacks would probabaly crushed him.

Yep physically but it does not mean chakra wont pass through it like Kidomaru

He beat Lee who was barely in rehab. This does not taint Lee's record one bit.

Destructive damage is meaningless for a Hyuuga. Neji doesn't have to penetrate his bones. All he needs to do is attack his organs with his Jyuuken. Kimimaro's bones were not shown to block chakra like Kidomaru's golden armor.

Kimi wins, he can control his bones and protecy his organs. Plus his bones are harder the steel so the gates wouldnt help at all. Plus if they get close which they will, they will be inpale by bones simple as that.
