if i could use izanagi

honestly any one in the series that can use izanagi should do what i would do if i had it..i would use it to
1.) make myself have the rinnegan haha ;p
2.) would give me more shringans and store it somewhere not as gross as my arm(danzo)
3.) Give my myself a tailed beast lol i know this isnt possible but heyy

Agree, but I don't think Izanagi has the ability for you to do most of the things. Creating a Bijuu, maybe, but the others I don't think so.

The SO6P used that same power to create the Bijuu from the Juubi. Howereve, I'm guessing if you can use it on a Bijuu than you can use it on an Human beings as well. Human's might not have large chakra reserves as Bijuu but turning them into a bijuu is just the same.

You need the traits of the So6P to use Izanagi ( eyes and body)
Or in other words Sharingan and Senju DNA is required for Izanagi

Creation of all things requirements are unknown but only So6P has used it so it's likely that you need all of the So6P traits to use it. Meaning that you need the Rinnegan on top of those 2. That would only add more reasons on why Tobi wanted it so bad because if he wants to fusion all he Bijus Chakra that were dispersed by CoaT he most likely need to do the reverse process
