do u guys forget wat tobi said..wat if tobi was rite about madara,wat if madara really fought the 1st and got his DNA,that wud make it possible for him to be imortal like wat tsunade said,if that is true,then it's possible for him to be around in nagato's time and also lookin young...maybe the jutsu he used to give nagato the reningan also took his life because of it being some sort of sacrific justu,and wen nagato mastered the reningan,he was to bring back madara so madara can have the reningan...that's my theary

He never wanted take revenge from Orchimaru's death. He only wanted to copy his goal of learning every Ninjutsu and knowlege of Ninjutsu in existence. Now that Madara's has Sharingan and Rinnegan he could possibly go after him now since he still has Edo Tensei and a Zetsu clone.
