I believe its his brother its the only combination of mangekyo sharingans that still fits! unless another person with the same mangekyo eyes were taken by the fake madara, however we havent seen anyone else in the series that has unlocked it besides sasuke, itachi, shisui, madara, his brother, plus kakashi. and that previous doesnt go along with the whole brothers thing that says you must be brothers to unlock infinite mangekyo. unless and this is wacked out that theres two of them and the one behind the mask is resurrected one thats immortal that can just make himself physical and unphysical. Think about it if it were the brother he would very very old, making the third hokage look like spring chicken. And to top it off we have no idea what kind of powers madara possesed at the time of his death. The resurected one that just showed up could be the real body, maybe a soul transfer jutsu more perfect than orochimarus? Idk..man this is gonna bug me!

Well, I'm talking about real clones. The same way Yamato was created by Orochimaru. White Zetsu consists also of Hashirama's cells, although Hashirama has died years ago. Why shouldn't it work with Madara's cells (aswell)?
As i said in the other thread: if we want to know who Tobi is, we have to find out who/what the black Zetsu is.

Obito died, there's no izuna exist in shiniobi world, prehaps u re thinkin of techinque. In my opinion, it could be madara's brother, since he did not said his brother died, only sickness and took his eyes that's it.. 2nd one is shisu... (police said they had trouble to id his body)

This is what I'm wondering too. I've seen other theories around the forums this morning besides the ones listed here. Even if one doesn't agree with them it's only fair to include more than "the usual suspects".
Which honestly, don't seem that "usual" to me. At least not yet.
Just off the top of my head people have mentioned:
Madara
Fugaku
Nagato
Zetsu
First Hokage
Orichimaru...
okay that last one wasn't on there I'm just trying to make a point lol.
If there isn't room or you just don't want to add them I think an "other" selection is fair. As right now I don't want to vote for any of the people I see here.

Add some other options such as Fugaku Uchiha, Madara Uchihas split soul/Zetsu Clone and "Unknown Character". Your poll is too dry with these options.
Edit: For f*cks sake take out that Obito option. You are making yourself look like a clown. Not a single serious person would think that a weak kid whos only purpose was to serve as an explanation to KaKashis sharingans origin is going to be number ONE villain in the whole naruto universe. Seriosly, with that logic you could add Cookie monster to your poll, that would even make more sense than Obito being Tobi.
