I think If Jiraiya wanted to sacrifice one of his summons to take Amaterasu he could possibly take him, but I don't think he would do that. Besides we haven't seen whether Sage Mode speed is fast enough to dodge that.

at full health , definitely itachi no question .... jman really can't hit him with ninjutsu because of yata mirror, phyiscal attacks wont work, susanno, itachi has amaterasu,tsukyomi and totsuka sword, he just needs to get off either of the 3 and it's over

well i dont see how the j man (as awesome as he is) could counter itachi's ms genjutsu, it cant be broken under normal means

I'd say itachi for now, since even after he used Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu, Kisame still felt like Itachi didn't need to retreat.

Itachi wins this easily and i agree with the fact the J-man 's ninjtsu's are useless and he cant get pass susanoo , and Itachi can just seal J -man
