why switch out neji? not only is he one of the smartest people in the village but hes one the strongest. he wud be able to figue out a plan and help work it thru. he can see the chakra threads on thepuppets and disrupt/break them

I think Gaara's team would win.

Gaara would obviously fight Lee. Gaara already beat Lee, and while Lee HAS improved, Gaara had the biggest improvement out of all the Konoha Genin-Chunin people by becoming a Kage and going up against Deidara.

Kankuro would fight Neji, and I think Kankuro is stronger than Neji at the moment. I don't give two shits if Neji has the Byakugan, Kankuro has shown to have massively improved by adding Sasori to his puppet set.

Though I think Neji would give Kankuro a run for his money by using Gentle Fist on his chakra strings.

Temari would fight against Ten-Ten, and we saw that wasn't much of a match...
