Minato is a Genius. He has massive Chakra. He was in the academy. Why wouldn't he know how to use a simple Kage Bunshin?

Minato but it wud def not be easy! Naruto is a chakra powerhouse but with Minato's speed and intel he shud be able to pull it off still Until naruto gets a bit stronger.

agreed i think naruto is definitely more powerful but minato with seals is bad match for naruto.
