Lol, you guys gotta understand that these manga's don't get reviewed over 100 times.
They have to get written, drawn, and produced in less than a week, that means that they probably get looked over maybe 2 or 3 times before they get shipped out.
Little mistakes like this slip through, it's just the way it is when your pressed for time like these guys are.
