How would you know he surpassed Itachi? You don't even know what his EMS can do. For all we know, he could shoot rainbows that grow flowers on your body when they hit you.

the only reason sasuke lost to him last time was becuz sasuke did not have ms now dat he has ems this fight is ova itachi will fight just to get beat down.

Sasuke as much as I hate to say it is driven by rage and revenge, this clouds his judgment and awareness. Itachi is almost always cool calm and collect with some of the best analyzing skills we've seen. Even with the better eyes I have to give the edge to Itachi.

Eventually sasuke is going to surpass itachi but as of now itachi is ahead plus itachi has shuishi eye he could of easily take control of sasuke with those eyes if he wanted too.

His fighting style was much more fun to watch/read pre ms. Like how he used chidori's current from a distance to increase the cutting power of the fuma shuriken he threw at one of Itachi's clones. He just seemed much more clever back then.

Even with EMS i doubt sasuke would take down itachi with ease.

I think sasuke would end up winning but barely
