shisui is the same age as itachi right, and rmb during the attack, when tobi fought the fourth, itachi was like 10-11 holding sasuke in his arms and shisui should be younger than kakashi seeing that itachi is younger than kakashi

His body never found and they only said that he commits suicide by drowning in river but no body found.... even kabuto not able to found body of uchiha shisui as he want to summon uchiha shisui.....

The police never said that the body was never found or that it was found. Plus they never said that Shisui was missing either. They specifically said that he drowned. They even knew where he drowned. Thats some very specific information. How did the police even know that Shisui drowned if there was no body? The only other piece of evidence was Shisui's suicide note and that made no mention of how Shisui died.

) We all know that the Mangekyou Sharingan was the height of Itachi's capacity and we also know that he was most probably the last person to have seen Shisui. We also know that you need to kill your best friend to activate MS. All of this indicates that Itachi obtained his MS by helping Shisui die on the night of the Uchiha meeting.

Although Shisui seems like a good choice to be the man behind the mask (tobi)...it doesn't fit. If Tobi was Shisui then why he didn't he let the uchiha clan stage their coup of the village and start war. The person that would fit most to be Tobi would be Izuna Uchiha, Madara's brother.

I totally agree, Shisui wanted to protect the village and Tobi wanted to destroy it.... From what we have seen of Tobi we can tell that he is very old, old enough to know the first hokage and his wife. He hates the hidden leaf and he is fueled by what seems like revenge, similar to Sasuke. The most reasonable answer for Tobi's true identity is Izuna Uchiha, Madara's little brother.
