Playing it safe huh?... Well I'll tell ya, what I think:

It might be one of the So6P's sons, and between the two, I say the older one.
Reason being he was the strongest of the two. Why is this significant?

1. The oldest kid of So6P, was THE original Uchiha!

2. Explains Madara being frightened at first glance.

3. Up to this point Naruto has gone through his opponents somewhat gracefully, he even beat Nagato/Pain. The oldest and probably most gifted of the Uchiha, as a summon, would do the story justice. Because then everyone would have to step in and fight, like a real war. Instead of Naruto and his Shadow Clones dominating the battlefield.

if i had to choose between the brothers i would go with the younger one because they have already thought 2 great shinobi with eye kekkai genkai also the younger one could help naruto in developing his kubbi cloak and further his capabilities whilst they are fighting the reason for this is that we know that the younger son had the same cloak when he was alive
