From my expirience, what u probably wanna do is, auto log in on a password protected administrator computer account, on a machine u only have limited access to

bro my laptop messed up now i got a reboot cd i dont no hw to use it lol

uh, you could hit f2 at startup and go to the setup menu and then change the boot sequence to load the cd rom drive before the hard drive.. then save changes and quit. it will say press any key to boot from cd. then just repair windows following instructions.
