Why does everybody loves anime?

actually even I loves anime but I can't figure out why.

Yea, I've been watching som One Piece, and I like it. The thing is that I'm a busy person, so I just don't have time for two animesxd

I like cartoons in general I actually think American styled cartoons are better than anime and have potential but are usually geared towards children. The Japanese use too many shortcuts when making their cartoons.
