I grab hold of the balloon in my palm, I start by slowly sending some chakra into the balloon. As chakra enters the balloon the manipulate the chakra and I start to swirl the chakra around the balloon...this time I focus on getting a smooth swirl within the balloon. As I send in more and more chakra I focus even harder to keep the chakra swirling withing the balloon and not to put pressure on the rubber outline, thus I focus on a circulatory swirl of my chakra...keeping a constant amount of chakra to keep the swirl going...
