Jiraya can beat him as long as Minato doesn't touch him. SM in general makes the person stronger and faster. My vote Jiraya

How wud he beat Minato?? SM? Well Minato is still faster and then there is FTG which wud make him own Jiraiya. Sry but in this fight Minato wins 80% of the time.

I know ur not good with vs threads but I am bout to help u out. He fought 1 rinnegan user not 3, it was 3 dead bodies. So yes Minato cud take out 3 bodies too specially with FTG dude do u even know how fast that is??! Minato beat Madara wit it and its tooooo fast for j man. Plus Kishi even said Minato was stronger remember that interview??
